The Blinds:

A Blind is what the players must ante before receiving their cards. There is the small blind and the big blind, twice the small blind, which is the first two players to the dealer's left.

Bottom Pair: It is the smallest pair in the poker board.

Top Pair: It is the largest pair on the poker board.

Buy in: It is the amount of cash that is needed to participate in a poker game.

Connectors and Suited Connectors: Cards that are two ranks apart with the cards being in the same suit being called 'suited'.

Limp: This is when a player wagers before a flop.

Nuts: If a player possess the best hand during a game they have The nuts'.

Rank: The value of each of the card in the deck.

Under the Gun: It is the very first player to initiate the game.
